good quality, cropped perfectly at a size small but it is pretty wide

Item description did not match. Sizing did not matc at all. Ordered a small and the shirt looks like a xlarge. Also i tried reaching out to customer service to get refund and they do not reply so i basically am stuck with a shirt i cannot wear
