Labubu 3.0 7" Doll with Keychain Loop, Collection Plush Hanging Pendant Keyring Doll

Terrible customer service! Ordered this as a surprise for my daughter. The doll was fine, but the packaging was completely damaged. Not surprising as it was packaged in a plastic bag, not a box. Since opening the package and seeing which doll you got is all part of the experience I could no longer give it to my daughter, as the surprise would be ruined. I requested a return. Somone wrote back and said they would send a return label. That was the last I heard from this company, even after multiple attempts on my part to follow up. Will never order anything from them again!
