Babys First Year Milestone Photos

This is the second time ordering Spencer & Stone products, always great quality and always great communication from Jess and team.

I bought one of these first year photo frames for my sons room, feeling really excited about the fact that there was an option to personalise the keepsake to make it special. However, I was very disappointed when I received my product missing punctuation. My photo board read Beckett First Year instead of Beckett's First Year. Apparently, if you dont include the 's in the personalisation, it is not intuitively added to ensure that the phrase makes sense. Now, I have a product that I'm not going to use because the punctuation trips up my brain every time I look at it. I am really disappointed with the final product.
