Timeframe was excellent, installation and instructional video were perfect. I just wish it looked as it does in the picture. I did everything as recommended and used all the same materials but the colors never came out as I would have liked. They are very dull. I wiped the medallion with a wet cloth and it looked great but when the finish wet sealer were applied it looked totally different
