Awesome promo card & the best customer support!

I picked up this Iono's Wattrel promo to add to my Pokémon TCG collection, and the whole buying experience was just flawless. When a glitch in my checkout app caused a duplicate order, Michael sorted out the refund immediately without me having to stress about it at all. He even packaged it up, sent me a picture of the shipping label, and handed it over to the courier on a Sunday! The card itself is exactly as described and arrived perfectly safe.
