MindOne Pro Snap-in Case

Feels good, but...

I've been using my keyboard-case which recently arrived a few weeks ago and it has a few quirks; but one thing stands out: The on-screen keyboard will not go away when the phone is connected to Android Auto. I've played with the relevant settings such as hiding the keyboard when the physical keyboard is plugged in, but it won't go away. It's obviously annoying because it kind of defeats the purpose of the physical keyboard, which allows me to see more of the screen.  I've tested this with other bluetooth sources, and I have no issue. There is also no issue when I'm not connected to any bluetooth. The onscreen keyboard just won't go away when connected to Android Auto in the car. Otherwise, obviously any physical keyboard on any smartphone feels like a step up from typing on the screen. It's not a perfect device, it has some flaws, but is mostly functional. Here is to hoping iKKO gets it right next time. We need better QC, and to work out some of the bugs in the system. The phone would have definitely benefitted from better speakers, or a way for the keyboard to pair faster to the phone.

Arabic Language Support Is Missing

The product has a nice design, but I have an important concern: the keyboard does not support the Arabic language and does not include Arabic letters. Arabic is widely used by millions of people, especially in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. I hope iKKO will consider adding Arabic keyboard support in a future software update. A gorgeous case with one tiny gremlin

Absolutely love this case. It’s sleek, premium, and makes the MindOne Pro feel like a tiny futuristic MP3 player. The snap‑in fit is perfect, the materials feel high‑end, and it looks incredible in photos. Only frustration: the audio jack sometimes seems to have a mind of its own. I’ve had random track skips and the volume suddenly rocket to max, which can be… intense. When it behaves, it’s flawless.. but those moments definitely stand out.
