LONO FLOW S Haze Barefoot Workout Shoes

Sturdy and comfortable

New to barefoot and read about the LONO Flow & decided to give it a try at the Strength Yard. Dean was very patient and helpful throughout the selection process. I have been wearing it for almost 2 weeks, mainly for daily wear as I wanted something more sturdy. It is very comfortable and grips well on the arch of the feet though I feel that the grip around the ankle can be improved. It has wider toe box compared to Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit which adds more comfort. Overall a good pair of barefoot shoes for anyone seeking to kickstart their barefoot journey.
