Excellent - but- the charger works fine but you made the mistake of sending it with the wrong mains cable, fortunately I had a spare cable of the correct sort so I have no problem with that. The important thing is that thanks to your prompt delivery I did not miss a single days riding on my new EUC which arrived with a faulty charger from another supplier who I knew would take a very long time to supply a replacement charger - which is why I am so grateful to you for speedy delivery service.
