I purchased a cushion for my sister’s 40th to be personalised with a photo of she and I in the early 90s. I emailed the photo and asked if the photo id chosen would come out ok, or if I should consider another. I was expertly assured it would turn out ok because of XYZ reasons. So I proceeded. Hitting payment I then realised it took 10-12 workings days to be made and then dispatched from there, so I emailed and said if there was any way it could be bumped up the list sorta thing. I was sent a link to expedite the shipping at a cost of £6. I hit the link instantly and tried to pay but the link kept failing on both my laptop and mobile. I then emailed back and said I was struggling to move things along and within two days I had a dispatch email saying it was on its way. The whole process took a week meaning it arrived a week early in good time, plus I had continuous communication throughout. I could not be happier with the service, and my sister LOVED her cushion. She can now squeeze me whenever I’m away from home. Such a reliable, wholesome company. Thanks a bunch for all your efforts!
