Jeff's Candied Pecans

Has to be my favorite. Most candied nuts are just covered in sugar or syrup making it impossible to taste the actual nut itsef. These are the opposite, wirh just enough sugar to be candied while having the good cooked flavor of a pecan.

Both the almonds and pecans are do good. Just the right amount of cinnamon and brown sugar? Really tasty.
