Seema cowl

Both of these yarns are so awesome. I’d already worked with Bamboo+ before and was already a fan. The Lustrous in Firestorm is so richly hued and the shimmer from the viscose beautifully complements the soft, smooth cotton. I would have expected the viscose to take on color very differently than the cotton; but almost magically, they’re in perfect sync. The two yarns together work so well for this cowl.

I rarely ever purchase kits for knitting projects; in fact the couple of kits I have worked, were gifts from my daughter. This kit contains ball of cotton/viscose with a lovely variation in colorway; smooth and easy to work with. Was a bit disappointed to find a knot in the middle of winding Bamboo + , but I’m confident I can work around it. Pattern is clear and simple to follow. Very pleased so far.

I have not started it yet, but the yarn is great, fabulous colors. Another great design from Petra!!!
