I had been using a full size pillow between my legs and when I tried just the knenest I found that my lower legs were uncomfortable so when I first go to bed I use both the knenest and the full size pillow which is awkward and combersome. However after a few hours my hips start hurting and I have to remove the knenest and just use the full size pillow. I don't know that I could say the knenest was an improvement. Maybe if one had not been using anything between the legs it would be a godsend but since I had a comfortable solution, the knenest is not a big improvement.

It is helping a lot. My nightly pain is gone. My knees, hips and back are feeling better.Thank you. I have recommended your product to a fellow sufferer. I plan on buying more as back-ups. I don't want to run out of these great little pillows. I am wondering how long they will last.

The knenest is a God-send. I am sleeping much better. I can finally relax, my knees feel cushioned, it's been the best thing I've tried - and I've tried a lot of pillows!
