This is a very good performance short. The pockets are just right for anything you need to fit in it going on a run. The phone pocket is perfect. The only downside is that there are no pockets. I mean who would run with full pockets but I do like to wear them to the gym and it's no fun having to carry keys and wallet in hand trying to get to the gym locker. I think the shorts themselves could be longer because it looks like I don't know how to pair my shorts with my underwear. Otherwise, a great pair of shorts.
