Well the first two pairs didnt work and a guy from their customer service reached out to me to ask how they were going i told him my problem and he swapped out one pair for larger size and refunded the outer. The biggest thing for me is he kept his word which is a hard thing to find these days, I couldn't recommend these guys more great to do business with.
