Beautiful image and canvas print - somewhat disappointing frame

The sawtooth hanger is mounted very close to the top of the frame, meaning the top of even a small standard picture hook will be visible outside the top of the frame. I circumvented that by drilling and plugging a concrete wall using a masonry bit and hammer drill and using a #8 screw to hook the sawtooth hanger on. A better design of built-in picture hanging hardware would improve the product.. I was disappointed in the wooden frame as I discovered the surface finish was not the natural wood grain of the frame itself, but a plastic film overlay, giving it a somewhat cheap and less than 100% satisfactory appearance. I know your online listing says "natural" for appearance with that colour description, but I was hoping that it would be a natural wood finish, not an artificially printed plastic finish. Whilst I admit your online description does not claim to be a natural wood frame, but simply "Natural", I find that term in the product description somewhat misleading.
