This was my first Ruby Scott book,and im ready to start the second. I loved the way Kristi and Fenna meet, I really love Yaya. The way that conflicts were handled were mostly, head on. I really enjoyed it.

I love slow burn stories. And this was it.

I know myself the agony of waiting for something that could completely change your life, as it had members of your family. The terror of having to choose between staying in ignorance and the finality of truth. But threaded throughout is the power of love and hope. And once again a beautiful depiction of how special love is between women. Delivered, as always, with Ruby's signature perfect amount of spice.
