Folding Boat Bench Seat - Grey

The original two-person seat in my boat had flattened cushions and loose backrests, so I replaced it with this gray bench. This one feels noticeably more solid. The cushions are fairly firm, which I prefer because they do not collapse when you sit down, and both backrests stay supportive while underway. Mounting it took some careful measuring and lining up, but the actual installation was straightforward. Once secured, it gave us comfortable seating for two without needing to install separate pedestal seats. The backs fold smoothly when we need more deck space, and the gray finish looks like it belongs in the boat rather than an aftermarket replacement.

Installation took a little measuring and lining everything up, so I wouldn’t call it a five-minute job. Once we had the mounting position marked, though, the rest was pretty straightforward. It sits securely and gives us two seats without having to install two separate pedestals. Measure your available space first and you should be fine.

The seat feels more solid than the bench it replaced. The cushions are on the firmer side, which I actually prefer because you don’t sink into them after sitting down. Both backrests feel sturdy when they’re up and fold smoothly when we need them out of the way. No complaints about the quality.
