I was in the hospital with cancer and I wanted to try and make my face washing and keeping moisturized easier so during the amazing sale I bought 2 of these and the aluminum canister to keep them sterile I thought it was too good to be true the price and I was right they were totally dry I tried to wet them and of course they started to do the amazing thing of shrinking down for the environment. I was too sick in the hospital to follow up after my first complaint but now I am home and i have ordered more and gotten back in contact now that I am finally in remission. But it seems like nobody wants to help. I have the canister I’m not asking for the money back I just want 2 fresh bags sent to me

Package Sucks

I didn't want to do the subscription, but still wanted a years supply. So I ordered 3 packs. They all arrived damaged, but no real issue the customer service is pretty good, and they sent out replacements. But guess what? The packaging still sucked, and they arrived damaged. The issue is the package is too still and rips/tears then the formula spills all over the box during shipment and you receive a pack of dry conditioning cloths. Eventually I got tired of asking for new ones. I was able to get 2 good replacements at the end of this all. My girlfriend loves the product itself, but going to wait for a package update before ordering more.
