I decided to give my son probiotics when he was about 2mos. Like any other babies he have some reflux and spitting out milk but not to an extent I am worried about it. Using persephone lessened the reflux and I feel like it helped my baby sleep way better at night when he is taking it everyday.Also, it is a bonus it has already vit D. It is a good call to use a very good brand not just the readily available at the store.
