Small Mystery Boxes

This is my 2nd box - i was hesitant after the first but this one didnt disappoint! I think im going to try the bigger box next! Thanks USA Mystery Box - I am so glad i gave it another chance!

This was my first ever mystery box, I was pretty bummed that one of the items that was in it box which happen to be a pretty large box was empty inside. Another issue was cell phone case was used (pretty badly) and I received 2 phone cases for the same phone which I thought they said you did not get duplicates of things. I did reach out to the company and was given a 5% off my next box which is a little over a $3.00 off my next order as I ordered the small box, this for sure does not make me want to order again. So overall not a great experience, if the empty box situation would have been handled differently maybe I would have been more incline to give it another try but not now. The shipping was pretty fast and the other items I received were all different and in decent order and all very different so this is why I am giving you 3 stars and not 2 but you should really take more time inspecting your boxes to make sure people are at least getting products, this is pretty unfair.
