Yuzu is just one of the most amazing citrus ever. Every single green Yuzu that I received was in perfect shape. and I made delicious jam/marmalade. Yuzu has lots and lots of pits. I used one third of the pits for pectin in my Yuzu jam and I froze the other two third for other jams. I will be buying more when Pearson Ranch has yellow yuzu. Still growing!

I've ordered from Pearson Ranch a few times and have always gotten beautiful fruit! It's great to have a source for hard to find fruit!

The yuzu I ordered was out of stock. I was notified by phone and provided alternative options for a lesser grade. The difference in price was refunded right away and I receive the order in two days. The yuzu I received was better than what I would get in the store. I can’t say enough good things about Pearson Ranch. I highly recommend them to others. I’ll certainly be a return customer!
