Defective Products & Ignored by Customer Service As a loyal BARE customer, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. I waited over a month and paid a premium price for two MagSafe cases, but both arrived with severe manufacturing defects—the buttons are completely rigid and unusable. What is even worse is that I have sent multiple emails and am being completely ignored. For a premium brand, ignoring returning customers regarding defective items is unacceptable. Please check your support emails and resolve this issue.
