This product arrived intact. Shipping and delivery was efficient. However, the product itself had very little, almost no scent to it at all. Their customer service told me to let it “settle” as temperature changes in transit may have affected it. I have ordered from Le Labo for years and never had an issue. Their price was good so I thought I would give it a try. I will not again. As an Affirm purchase they did not seem to understand the refund procedure through Affirm and only offered a refund after I opened a dispute.

It doesn’t smell like the original

I love the smell. I love the product. I just wish it stayed for a little longer on my skin.
