Cotton Candy Ruffle Skort - Buttermint

As with most tulle-like fabric the ruffles are a little scratchy but nothing serious ans they'll soften in time. I love that I can wear this skort on it's own or under another piece.

fit perfectly. would recommend washing before first wear as it’s a little stiff.
