JOSIE DRESS | MULTI CHEX

I was disappointed in this dress because it arrived with hundreds of threads coming out of all of the seams that needed clipping. Also, I don't like how the squares of color weren't cut straight or pieced, there are some odd rectangles that I think really detract from the impact of this dress. I wish it had pockets and a straight back instead of V, but the cotton is very nice and smooth/soft. I do love the big sweep of the hem and the length is perfect.

The woven fabric is beautiful and the dress fits easily in a M/L (I would normally take an XL or XXL). It's a LOT of material, but not obnoxiously so. My only complaint is that the description on the website states that there are inseam pockets -- which there aren't. Had I known there weren't pockets I would have chosen a different style. The style and voluminous material is such that I won't layer something over it that has pockets, which limits the way I can wear this item (I need pockets for work).

great dress but website indicated pockets and there are NO POCKETS. disappointed.
