Great customer service

I got my sail in the mail and opened it up to find a defect. I was a little bummed but I messaged the support team with a picture of the disc and explained what was happening. I got a reply the next day and they got another disc right in the mail for me. I just got the replacement today and there are no defects and is just what I ordered! Very happy with the fast resolution, stuff happens but it's all how you handle it and they did top notch!
