Looks nothing like the photo or what I expected its not fluffy at all it’s actually the opposite flat it had no structure or round shape to it and it arrived folded up in plastic so that lets you know how flat it was very disappointed

The quality of the bed is poor. It's quite thin. It has a high chemical smell after being unwrapped. I accidently ordered two and I would like to send one back. Please give me instructions so I can obtain a refund. Thanks.
