I have been using red light for a while now and wanted to purchase a panel I could use in the comfort of my own home. This panel hangs on an internal door, takes up little to no space and is super easy to use. You can even prop it up against a wall if you prefer. Whether you want to use it specifically everyday or just bask in the light to help your circadian rhythm, it is honestly such a great investment for your health. I also found the customer service very helpful and highly responsive, even after purchasing the unit I had a few questions which they were happy to answer. If you can do something for yourself and your health this year, please purchase a red light - you wont regret it!

I purchased the ELITE panel with branch stand . Our whole family have been using it consistently over the last three weeks . We use after our sauna session and have found that our energy levels are up and has improved sleep. Early days yet but so far so good.
