The entire transaction went very smoothly, with no issues at all. However, it is worth mentioning that the initial size was too small (41 — which I normally wear), so I requested an exchange for a larger size. I received all the necessary instructions, returned the boots to the provided address, and the size 42 pair was sent back to me. The whole process took just 4 days. The customer service was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Regarding the boots, I personally find them very comfortable and well made, though comfort and fit are of course subjective. It is also worth noting that the company uses Royal Mail and Parcelforce, which handle deliveries very efficiently, unlike DPD. I highly recommend this store.
