***WILL NOT FIX WRONG ORDER SENT*** WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAIL OR CALL

I SENT JEEPTHREADS 3 EMAILS WITH PICTURES AS THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. SO, I CALLED THEM TWICE AND THEY TOOK MY NAME, NUMBER, EMAIL, ORDER # AND TOLD ME SOMEONE WILLL REACH OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. . . 7 DAYS LATER NOBODY REACHED OUT IN ANY FASHION AND IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THAT CALL. I EVEN CALLED A 3RD TIME. . . NEEDLESS TO SAY, I FEEL IGNORED, THEY DO NOT CARE AND JEEPTHREADS KEPT MY MONEY AND DO NOT WANT TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY. I JUST WANT MY SHIRT AS I ORDERED OR A REFUND.
