Very Yummy
Hard to believe there is no added sugar in this delicious cake! Love the generous pineapple topping. Be sure to freeze the cake before cutting, however ( We learned the hard way), otherwise it's very crumbly. After wrestling with the first piece, we froze it for an hour, cut the rest of the cake into single servings, placed them on waxed paper, and gently placed them back into the pan. This was perfect, and made for very precise cuts and even portions. I would definitely order this cake again.
