If I could give this shop 10 stars, I absolutely would. The product itself is beautiful, but what truly sets this shop apart is the customer service. It is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Their communication is incredibly thorough and thoughtful. They take the time to understand exactly what you’re asking for and respond in a way that makes you feel completely taken care of. Nothing feels rushed or overlooked. Their packaging is done with a lot of care, and you can tell they put real effort into making sure items are secured for shipping. Any issues that may occur during transit would clearly be from handling during shipping, not from a lack of care on their end. Overall, they are kind, professional, and extremely attentive.
