I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They promised to issue a B2B invoice, but instead sent me an invoice addressed to a private individual, with VAT included. This is misleading, especially since a valid VAT number was provided during the purchase process. After raising the issue, they stopped responding to emails altogether. The customer support has been extremely poor, and the whole situation feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers regarding B2B billing. I expected a professional service, but unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite.
