6x4 water wave glueless transparent lace wig

10/10 phenomenal quality, holds products well washes well & looks beautiful

So this is my 2nd order from believe in hair , I wanted something for the summer and easy to install . Upon first opening the hair was super soft and the correct length. However , the combs that we sewn into the wig were very loose and fell out shortly after I took it out the box but nbd. The curl pattern advertised was nowhere near what I received. Instead of defined curls or waves the wig arrived almost partially straight with a very loose, inconsistent wave that looked nothing like the pictures. I had even attempted to wet it and condition it to see if it would help bring the curls to life to no avails. I did reach out to customer service to see what could be done and they were very kind in their responses, they did offer an exchange . However , I did still need a unit to wear & considering that ive washed it it wouldn’t line up with the exchange policy. At this moment I may just keep it as is and continue to take steps to give it some curls but I was a little let down in this unit.
