Lovely when done and quiet easy to put together. The only negative was putting the chandelier together, the instructions on how to put it together were not very clear. And I think the Christmas tree is supposed to spin around but it doesn't move, but it doesn't matter it still looks lovely.

The kit is great. All the pieces fit really well and the manual is very easy to follow. I have not finished the model yet but I am nearly complete and have not had any problems so far.

I have been disappointed with this kit. I've had to do a lot of filing to make things fit and some of the smaller pieces break easily - there are some very fine pieces, e.g the balcony struts. I haven't been able to putt the second floor on as yet because I need to do further filing. A lot of money to pay for something I am not sure I will be able to complete.
