Lock & Key Chain Leather Choker Slip Chain

Everything I’ve received from them is very poor quality and I’ve tried to cancel. It doesn’t seem like it’s working.

So the reason im giving the item a 3 is because i would have thought because of the amount that was spent on the necklace it woild have come in a nice box and not just a plastic bag. They way a nice email was sent thanking me for ordering and more that it was top of the line. Also not sure of the material its made out of but it does not feel like sterling silver.

The item was poorly made and broke almost immediately. Shipping took a full month, which conveniently matched the return window, leaving no opportunity to send it back.
