Ciara Vintage - Coffee

Hi, I purchased this bag only about one month ago and have only used it normally. Unfortunately, the front metal hook/closure has already detached completely from the bag. As you can see from the attached photos, the hardware has pulled out from the leather, so I’m quite disappointed with the quality given how recently it was purchased.

Not a very good-quality product. I’ve only had it for about one to one and a half months, and it’s already damaged. I expected much better quality and durability.

Quality is 2/10, Support 1/10, Marketing 10/10. In real life, looks very low quality. social media is hyping it up for no reason.
