Midas Gemstone Bracelet - Gold

I wouldn’t recommend this product. Don’t get me wrong—it's a beautiful piece, but its durability is questionable. I ordered the bracelet on May 4th and received it a few days later; however, just a couple of days after wearing it, the bracelet broke. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the gold plating was already starting to tarnish and wear off. I contacted the company's customer service, and they directed me to fill out a warranty claim form. After submitting the paperwork, they attempted to charge me a $29 fee for processing and sending a replacement bracelet in exchange for the broken one. This policy doesn’t make any sense to me and I found it totally unacceptable. I reached out again, and they insisted on their policy, which I understand but still find unreasonable. Based on this experience, I will never recommend this product to others.
