The items are good but ive been trying to contact them for weeks if i can exchange rhe sizing and noone is respondng to me. So customer service has veen terrible

I loved it as soon as i opened the box,I enjoyed the freebies too the only thing i wished is that it came w card of some sort of instructions bc not everyone has the same basic knowledge as the maker overall would order again!
