I started with chocolate mint, and i have it as my dessert at night. It satisfies the sweet chocolate nightime craving, kerps me away from sweets and keeps me full through the night. I now have invested in 2 more flavors, coffee and chocolate. I mix them for a mocha taste and partially use cold brew coffee. Great morning pick me up.

Honestly really great shake consistency is perfect and no chalkyness. I hope they keep it permanent! Definitely going to repurchase. Unfortunately had bad allergic reaction to vanilla flavor so had to throw out but not the choco mint!
