The taste is amazing doesn't taste like the one's I had in the past, I switched to almond milk and it works better. It keeps me feeling full longer and I seem not to snack as much in between. I've been doing 2 shakes , 1 in the morning before work and 1 at night for supper. We will see what happens.

Such a good flavor. Enough chocolate balanced with a hint of mint. I have one shake a day for my breakfast. I have been working out consistently and I definitely noticed some weight-loss!
