The purchase process was quick and easy. The package was not trackable, but it arrived fairly fast. On the first day, the front part of the earring unscrewed and got lost. I contacted customer support to ask if it was possible to get just the front part for an additional fee, and they sent it to me completely free of charge, which I really appreciated. My daughter has a severe allergy to almost all metals available on the market, so I had very high hopes for this company. I specifically chose titanium earrings, and they did not disappoint. My child now wears these earrings with great pleasure, and her ears are perfectly fine. The stones sparkle beautifully. My daughter is 9 years old. In my opinion, this model is ideal for children up to 6 years old. For a 9-year-old, they look a bit small, but still very beautiful.
