Very good product plug and play very E Z install this is my 2nd Three years ago I bought one for my RX 350 2018 work very good never Have any issue this is the best unit I recommend for everyone

Instructions are poor but operation is flawless

2010 Lexus RX350. They sent me some of the worst instructions possible. Luckily Support did call me back via phone within a few hours and tried their best. Ultimately I had to use YouTube instructions for another remote start kit to get this one to actually be installed correctly. The actual remote start operation is reliable and flawless and the hardware is quality. Just really poor instructions. They NEED photos and videos. This kit is plug and play, zero splicing needed. Programming was rough.

Instructions don't come with pictures nor a video on the website on what to look for when installing. I did appreciate the inclusion of a plastic trim removal tool. However, the unit I was sent was not properly coded and my car friends had to step in, troubleshoot, and reprogram it themselves. It does work as intended once properly programmed. I would recommend people getting the long range though since I can't reasonably start the car from my office window as our parking lot is quite large.
