Good quality, easy to order, well packaged and delivered promptly. The added comment was hand written on a plain label and included in the box giving it a personal touch. I would of liked a larger mug, did not check if this was an option. Also I passed the mug on to the recipient in the box it came in as it was perfectly adequate, only problem I had was getting the shipping label off which was a real nightmare. Just a couple of my own thoughts. Very happy and the recipient said it was brilliant so all is good great job.👍😎🇬🇧
