My daughter and I love these earrings so much! The cute little animal charms and posts are adorable and super easy to wear. She wears them constantly and now all her friends want their own set. We recently gifted a pair for her bestie’s 10th birthday. Unfortunately she lost one of the charms at school! I emailed Merigold and their service team is amazing!!! They’re sending a replacement right away. We lost a different earring months ago and Merigold replaced that as well. That is a level of service you just don’t find with other companies. We’re happy to be loyal customers when we’ve received such great care. We’re looking forward to more cute earrings as new ones come out. By the way, hoop charms are such a great idea. They’re so easy and comfy for young girls. My daughter wears hers 24/7 and they don’t hurt or irritate her ears. It’s easy to swap charms and make lots of different “looks” with the hoop and charm combos we have. Thank you for an excellent, fun product and great customer service!!!
