Elegant products, packaged well. I would have liked the top chamber to hold more, closer to what the second chamber would hold. In order to get enough tea, you have to fill the first stepping chamber at least twice, as the stepping chamber is only about half the size of the tea pot.

You can’t make a cup of more than 250ml - that is the limit of the top chamber. The description of 740ml capacity is therefore VERY misleading. Only a small cup of brewed tea is possible. The handle and lid are cheap looking plastic. The product was actually shipped from China and it took over two weeks to arrive. Disappointing
