BullBoulder Drop Hitch

Great quality hitch. Although I could not find a phone number on the website to contact somebody directly with a question I had, I submitted my question via email and received a timely response.

Love the product. Customer service is good, but there was an unexpected delay in shipping my order. I had to ask about it; no update came about the delay. However, they were prompt to respond explaining they were out of stock. They offered to give me a full refund, but I wanted this product as it was advertised to be what I wanted for look and feel. They only could say they would ship as soon as they could and offer no ETA. I kept my order and a few weeks later it showed up at my door unannounced. Fits and works as advertised.

I love the hitch, however they shorted me the retaining pins. They weren't anywhere, believe me I looked for them. So after spending all of that money, I still had to go buy the retaining pins before I could use it. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Donn
