2 toothbrushes + 4 replacement heads

The toothbrush head design is much different than standard brush heads I've found at most stores. It is larger and I find the bristles don't warp out of shape as quickly. I found them gentle on my gums and very good and cleaning my teeth. The overall look of the toothbrush doesn't have that instant wow feeling but the quality exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with my purchase and love the fact that I can just replace the heads and that the cost is very reasonable. I will be a customer for a long time. <3
