I reached out to customer service to see about having a custom flower design to match my girlfriend's favorite type of lily (dragon lily). They responded in under an hour with a very personal and thoughtful message, then worked up a proof for me to review (thank you, Miri and Bea!). My order was processed the next day and delivered within a week. Truly could not have asked for a better experience, and the final product is beautiful -- as was the gift wrapping! Everything from start to finish was top notch. If you're debating whether or not to order from Ladd Stamps, I'm here to say go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome customer service/product

Ordered last minute for my partner's bday gift. Customer service (Bea) was able to expedite the order and it shipped same day to get it delivered in time. Embosser was great quality, and my girlfriend loves it. Very much recommend.

It arrived on time and was well packaged, and the embosser is of good quality. There were some cool extra stickers of the embosser print included as well. I would highly recommend ordering from Ladd stamps!
