Sparring Competition Uniform V Neck

Really disappointed with the customer service from Pantheon Taekwondo. Over three weeks ago, I reached out regarding a major quality issue with a taekwondo uniform I purchased from them. Right after a competition, my son's black v-neck trim bled all over the white fabric while packed in an equipment bag. We washed it according to instructions, tried scrubbing, and even a professional dry cleaner—nothing can get these stains out. I emailed a several weeks ago asking if anything can be done to help, and after an initial response asking if we had washed the uniform according to label instructions, it's been radio silence since. Pantheon Taekwondo needs to do a better job of communicating to its customers.
