Wrong items / customer service
I received everything and for the most part I was satisfied except for two items. I received a pair of jeans that ran super small and a short a different color than what I purchased originally. I reached out to customer service and they said unfortunately they can’t exchange the jeans but I could return them to get my money back and pay fee for restock. I was told to send a picture of the shirt. I did and still haven’t heard back from them 🤦🏿♂️I order from AKOO a lot and this is the first time that I have had a problem
